Is It possible for an american civilian to purchase the m320 grenade launcher?
I know grenade launchers are legal to purchase, but the explosive he grenades, good luck finding those on the market.
But im curious if anyone knows any retail sites that would sell this particular launcher.
I beleive the manufactuer is heckler & koch, and on there website they only to sell to law/enforcement or the military.
You can not buy the 40mm M320 without tax stamps
You can legally buy a 39mm flare launcher which will not accept the HE 40mm rounds
You can buy those 40mm HE rounds but they are also listed as destructive devices by the ATF and you need a tax stamp on each round
